Your Appointment Matters

**A little reminder about our 24-hour cancellation & no-show policy**

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When an appointment is missed or cancelled at the last minute, there often isn't enough time to offer that appointment to another patient who may need care.

That's why we have a **24-hour cancellation and no-show policy.** 💜

# # # 🌿 OUR APPROACH: EDUCATION FIRST

**1️⃣ RE-EDUCATE & RESCHEDULE**

If you forget or miss an appointment, we'll start with a conversation and help you understand the policy.

We encourage you to use **Jane's appointment reminders** — including text and email reminders — to help keep your appointments on track.

**The goal is to educate, not punish.**

**2️⃣ MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE**

If the policy applies, a fee may be charged according to the number of occurrences:

• **1st occurrence — 50% of appointment fee**
May be paid at your next appointment.

• **2nd occurrence — 75% of appointment fee**
Policy will be reviewed in person and payment is required at your next appointment.

• **3rd occurrence — 100% of appointment fee**
The balance must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

**3️⃣ REPEATED MISSED APPOINTMENTS**

After **three or more occurrences**, you may be temporarily removed from the schedule.

This isn't about punishment.
It's about protecting appointment availability and ensuring fairness to everyone.

# # # 💡 CAN'T MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT?

If another person takes your reserved appointment, **the missed-appointment fee can be waived.**
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements. This policy is to your friend or family, not if the therpaist can find another patient.

HOW TO AVOID THE FEE

**Please contact us no later than 4 PM on the busines.
Policy subject to change - please look for updates

🏡 HOME-BASED MASSAGE THERAPY
Professional care. A more personal experience.

There’s something different about receiving your massage therapy in a home-based practice.

No busy clinic waiting rooms.
No crowded hallways.
No rushing in and out.

Just you, your RMT, and a treatment space designed with your care in mind. 💜

🌿 WHY CHOOSE A HOME-BASED PRACTICE?
🤍 A QUIETER EXPERIENCE
A calm, private environment can help you feel more relaxed before, during, and after your treatment.

👐 PERSONALIZED CARE
Your appointment is focused on you—your concerns, goals, comfort level, and treatment needs.

⏰ LESS RUSHING
A home-based setting can create a more relaxed transition into and out of your appointment.

🚗 CONVENIENT & SIMPLE
Skip the large clinic environment and enjoy a more personilized appointment experience.

🌸 A COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT
A welcoming space can make massage therapy feel less clinical and more personal.

💜 ONE-ON-ONE ATTENTION
Your time is dedicated to your treatment, your questions, and your individual needs.

AND AFTER YOUR MASSAGE...
You don't have to immediately jump back into a busy clinic or commute.

You can take a moment.
Breathe.
Relax.
Let your body transition back into your day.

🏡 HOME-BASED DOESN'T MEAN LESS PROFESSIONAL.
It means professional massage therapy in a smaller, more personal setting.

Your body. Your goals. Your treatment. Your space.

💜 Massage therapy designed around you.

My home practice to me is very little difference from a clinic space i worked at. It was house, people lived above the clinic and its used as a professional health space. But now I have the control.
