Lillooet Rec Centre

Lillooet Rec Centre Lillooet's local recreation centre, built by volunteers and officially opened in 1987. We have a seasonal ice arena that is home to hockey and figure skaters.

A welcoming space for recreation, connection, belonging, community wellbeing, education and cultural events. The Lillooet & District Rec Centre contains a year-round fitness/weightroom with cardio, weights and a bouldering wall. Our indoor pool is also seasonal and there are many opportunities for swimming lessons and public swims. The gymnasium has hosted many weddings, pow wows and other large c

ommunity events as well as drop-in sports like volleyball and pickleball. We have 2 main meeting rooms for rent and offer catering through the Buylow Deli. The Rec Centre is also home to the Lillooet Library, Radio Lillooet:CHLS 100.5, and the Army Cadets. On the surrounding grounds there is our brand new playground won in the BCAA Play Here contest, tennis court, playing field and outdoor basketball court.

🎶🍑 The countdown is on for the Lillooet Apricot Tsaqwem Music Festival! 🍑🎶

Join us at the Lillooet REC Centre from July 24th–26th for a weekend filled with incredible live music, delicious food, community connection, and celebration on the traditional lands of the St’át’imc Nation.

This amazing event, organized by the LOVE LILLOOET Committee in partnership with the District of Lillooet, brings people together to celebrate the heart and spirit of our beautiful community.
