At PFA we offer a variety of options, group classes (class times listed below) and personal training (during open hours). While a majority of our students train for FUN and Fitness, there is also the option to compete. If competition is your goal or interest we offer long term training for local athlete's and short term fight camps for out of town athletes. If you have a fight coming up and want t

Highlights from this past Sunday’s seminar with the legendary John Wayne Parr 🇦🇺 at Progressive Fighting Academy! 🇹🇭🥊

The video opens with John catching Trevor Hardy kick, flowing straight into the clinch and landing a knee—a perfect example of turning defense into offense.

The seminar focused heavily on:
• Clinch positioning and control
• Creating dominant posture
• Off-balancing and knee opportunities
• Small technical details that make a huge difference

As always, John mixed world-class instruction with plenty of laughs, including his hilarious take on the importance of posture. It’s one of the many reasons he’s not only one of the greatest Muay Thai fighters of all time, but also one of the sport’s most entertaining and engaging teachers.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to learn and to John for sharing decades of experience with our team. Looking forward to having you back at Progressive Fighting Academy!

When in Amsterdam, is a must-stop for any kickboxing or Muay Thai enthusiast. A true piece of striking history, the gym has helped shape legends of the sport and continues to carry that old-school Dutch kickboxing spirit.

A lot of strong performances, hard-fought matches, and valuable experience gained across the board. Proud of the effort and composure everyone showed out there.
