💪 Introduction to Strength Training
For students entering Grade 10 this fall. Learn the foundations of strength training, proper gym etiquette, movement patterns, spotting, and how to train safely and effectively. No registration required! Just come show up !
🏃♀️ Prairie Strong Kids Summer Camps
Ages 10–15. Four fun-filled camps designed to keep kids active, build confidence, make friends, and introduce healthy fitness habits in a supportive environment. Registration is required! Please email us to save your spot!
Whether your child is brand new to fitness or looking to build on what they already know, these programs are a great way to stay active and strong this summer.
