Lakebody Bootcamp is a small personal group training facility located in the Lakes community!! It is my goal to help you move better and enjoy a better quality of life-so you can keep up with your families ❤️💪
With small group personal training I am able to offer you a more personalized workout that suits your individual goals and abilities. Lakebody bootcamp is open to all fitness levels! Other days/times available upon request!

***MONTHLY PRICING***

2 SESSIONS/Week: $180 (ST)
3 SESSIONS/Week: $230 (ST&CC)

DROP-IN: $27 (space available open week to week)

Monthly membership will hold your place in class day/time for the month (no refunds or make ups for missed sessions) Min of 3 per class is required.

Schedule is as follows:

~STRENGTH TRAINING 45min~
This session offers a mix of equipment and body weight exercises to strengthen, tone and increase mobility. These sessions will focus on full body functional movement patterns and offer a variety of intensities for all levels of fitness.
Workouts will always change to keep the body and mind challenged for optimal results💪.
TUESDAY & THURSDAYS @9-945am, 430-515pm, and 530-615pm

~CORE CONDITIONING 45min~
This energetic session will get the heart rates up while focusing on core activation through proper techniques. Training will consist of equipment and body weight exercises to help with balance, posture and cardiovascular health.
MONDAYS @ 530pm

This 30min high intensity interval training session will get those heart rates up while challenging balance, strength core and agility. This is the OG of training! Fast paced, and sure to burn those extra calories we’ve inherited throughout the winter.
$75 add on for members or $20 drop in.
Non Members: $25

You aren’t getting old & weak, you’re getting old and it’s making you feel weak.
We’ve been taught that aging is a slow, inevitable slide into fragility. The data says otherwise.
Your body is highly responsive to input. If you challenge it, it responds favorably. If you don’t, it responds accordingly. This applies to everything from your muscle, to your bone, and down to your tendons.
Whether you are 25 or 85, strength training is the most effective intervention we have to combat morbidity and expand healthspan. Aging is a biological fact. Frailty is a lifestyle consequence.
The Choice:
1. Inactivity → Decay
2. Loading → Resilience
