This isn’t just another workout plan — it’s a guided transformation experience designed to give you the tools to create sustainable lifestyle changes that will not only help you achieve your goals but more importantly, will teach you how to maintain them as well.
Break out of the looping patterns of perceived success that only offer short term results, and learn how to create an infinite spiral of growth towards a vibrant life and body that you feel confident in.

We will teach you the nutritional requirements needed to fuel your growth. How to train your body, mind and will power. So that building muscle and burning fat, are in constant synergy.

We are overflowing with gratitude for the incredible community of local practitioners, businesses, and healers who have donated their time, services, and offerings to be raffled off in support of our local food bank.

This event is rooted in reciprocity — when we rise together, we nourish more than ourselves.

Together for Good is an afternoon and evening of connection, movement, breath, and generosity. Join us for:
• A community group fitness class
• Time to connect with local vendors & practitioners
• A community raffle filled with beautiful donated offerings
• A powerful 9D Breathwork journey to close the night

✨ All proceeds go directly to the local food bank. ✨
Donations can be made by:
• Attending the fitness class
• Participating in 9D Breathwork
• Purchasing raffle tickets
• Or giving in whatever way feels aligned for you

If you’re not in a place to donate financially, you are still welcome.
