ENDEAVOR HAS A NEW BOSS! 👀

As many of you know, Frieda has officially taken on the role of Operations Manager at Endeavor.

We brought Frieda on because she brings a ton of practical knowledge, experience, and, above all, a genuine desire to become part of our community and help make Endeavor a better place for each and every one of our members.

We all have different goals, and we know that health, wellness, longevity, and functional fitness can look so different for each of us. So, we are excited to see a fresh perspective!

Over the next few weeks, as we settle into this new chapter, you can expect some subtle changes to class times, programming, merch, events, and text response time...

The goal is simple: make Endeavor better.

You can be excited or annoyed (both are valid), but Hunter will still be around just as much! Frieda just gets to keep him in line now. 😂

We should all be incredibly excited to have her on board.

Endeavor is beyond excited to be assisting the Columbia Valley Hockey School with their off ice train this summer!

Our dry land focus goes without saying, but we wouldn't have been able to do it last week without the generosity of the Invermere curling club.

With the heavy smoke making outdoor training unsafe, they opened their doors so we could keep the athletes moving in a safe environment!

A huge thank you to Wes and the Pickle Ball club for accommodating us while supporting these young athletes and our community, we really appreciate it!

Another great year at the Crazy Soles Nipika Trail Run! ❤️

This event has become a favorite for so many of our Endeavor members and it's easy to see why! Year after year our community shows up to an incredible course with beautiful views and a top shelf atmosphere.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to this awesome event! The attention to detail, the inclusion of the kids races along with a variety of distances which means everyone can get what they need and challenge themselves as they wish!

This year was extra special as the event was completely sold out! 🎟️

Nipika has some motion and it's a pleasure to support them year after year! 😎

Today we ran a workshop focused on building better runners.

Mobility, activation/recruitment, positions, compensation, gate, stride, cycle rate, aerobic capacity, lactate threshold, elastic potential, mitochondrial density, stroke volume, progressive overload, volume vs intensity, periodization, fuel... Buzzword, another buzzword... Zone 2, what the heck is zone 2?

How do we run or train (at our level) without injury...that's the question..what does that look like? How much vs how hard?

With running, the adaptation takes time. Training hard is easy, training SMART is hard.

Anyway..last year a few of us were able to explore places that only our bodies could take us. I'm grateful to be able to experience these mountains with my friends, with these legs, and with lots of carbs. Thank you carbs.

ENDVR STRONG will go on!

Due to popular demand, the Tuesday/Thursday program will continue for another 8 weeks!

March 17-May 05 twice a week we will continue to develop our physical literacy, build strength, make fun of Hunter and have fun!

has been doing an amazing job running this class and the word has gotten around!

Huge shout out to , a long time member and now representing team Canada on the Olympic Alpine ski team! Ski⛷️

From being the youngest member on the Canadian Alpine ski team at the Beijing 2022 Olympics to now heading into Milano Cortina 2026, Cass is no doubt a talented athlete however, her consistency and dedication towards improvement shows that the harder you work, the luckier you get! 💪

Cass has an engine that keeps her bubbly and impossible to keep up with! ⚡️ She brings that spark everywhere she goes, and I can’t wait to see it on full display!

Watching Cass chase her dreams has been a privilege. We couldn’t be more proud to support her as she skis with a maple leaf on her helmet. ❤️ 🍁 🇨🇦

We’re kicking off our new strength based program (ENDVR Strong) starting January 6th!

Tuesdays & Thursdays
6:30–7:30 PM
Program & coaching by Bailey!

ENDVR Strong is a strength-based, well-being driven program designed to help you build confidence, find consistency, and make functional progress in the gym that will translate to your life!

Expect structured training, supportive coaching, and a focus on sustainable strength that carries beyond the workouts.

✅ Open to all levels.
✅ Open to non Endeavor members.
✅ Included in your current membership, just sign up like a regular class.

Commitment: 10 weeks
Cost for non-members:
• $240 total, or
• $120 billed monthly
