Making snacks for the kids while being deep in prep is a different level of discipline 😅🍫

These Protein Nutella Balls were a BIG hit in our house 🙌🏼
Perfect for busy moms, growing kids, post-workout snacks, or honestly anyone wanting a more balanced sweet treat 🤎

✨ Protein Nutella Balls ✨

• 1 cup oats
• 1/2 cup Perfect Sports protein powder
• 1/4 cup h**p hearts
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1/3 cup almond butter or hazelnut butter
• 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2–4 tbsp almond milk

Optional: mini chocolate chips + crushed hazelnuts 🍫

Mix together, roll into balls, refrigerate and enjoy 🙌🏼

I may not be eating these right now 👀 but the family definitely approves 😂

Eight weeks postpartum.
This wasn’t about a comeback.

It was about keeping a promise to myself.

For context — this was after a twin pregnancy, and show day came 18 months later. Nothing rushed. Just consistency, patience, and showing up when it would’ve been easier not to.

Show day was just the result.
