Today, we mourn the loss of a great man and a true community leader. His presence will be deeply missed, and we are forever grateful to have known him and to have had him as part of the HPST family.

His involvement and support for our team will always be remembered and appreciated.

Fred Rams Day 2 results:

HPST swimmers finished with an outstanding 25 personal bests across 34 individual races.

Top performances came from Emma Breton in the 200 IM and Zachary Boisvert in the 100 backstroke; both finishing in 3rd place in their respective races.

Overall, the team had a great weekend in Timmins and now heads into a well-deserved summer break.

Fred Rams Day 1 results

HPST swimmers recorded 21 personal bests in 33 races. Top finishes included Maée Boissonneault earning silver in the 50m backstroke, while Kaylee Boisvert (100m butterfly) and Zachary Boisvert (200m backstroke) each brought home bronze.

The 4x100m freestyle relay composed of Maée Boissonneault, Claudèle Lacroix, Danelle Proulx and Emma Breton finished 5th!

Overall, HPST is coming back home with:
- 20 top-8 results
- 2 gold medals (Emma Breton & Danelle Proulx)
- 5 silver medals (2x Maëva Larose-Wilson & 3x
Danelle Proulx)
- 1 bronze medal (Danelle Proulx)
- 62% best times with Maée Boissonneault & Emma
Breton with 💯 best times!
