Looking to sharpen up your game before the season officially wraps up? We’re adding specialized skills sessions every Tuesday throughout September for players U14 and up!

Each session will feature:
🏉 30–45 min focused skill development
💪 15–30 min fitness
🤝 15–30 min touch rugby, depending on numbers

📅 Every Tuesday in September
👥 Open to all registered U14 players, Juniors, Seniors & Alumni

September's focus:
1️⃣ Kicking & catching
2️⃣ Jackaling & rucking
3️⃣ Tackling, body position & ball placement
4️⃣ Passing, catching & decision-making
5️⃣ Position-specific skills
