A man of many talents!

Meet Liam aka “Piggy”, our Jr. Sous chef!

Liam developed his love for food at a very young age. Through travel he was exposed to a variety of cuisines and willingness to try new things broadened his palette. Having friends from many different ethnic backgrounds, Liam’s carefree personality allows him to explore his creative side without any reservation. He is not one to settle. He strives to achieve the best and encourages those around him to do the same. Beyond mature for his years, Liam’s warm and caring personality allows him the ability to work with just about anyone.
