From Fun 2 Fit Studio We are a family run, recreational studio, offering Shorin Ryu Karate, and Zumba classes in the Annapolis Valley NS (Torbrook and Coldbrook)

Welcome, & thank you for connecting! Our Studio is located in the Annapolis Valley NS, & came to fruition in 2021. Our studio instructors are two natural born leaders who love to teach, with a combined experience of 30+ years. It's been a life-long dream of ours to create our own Studio, where we have a space to teach both Shorin Ryu Karate, and Dance. We have both competed throughout our Karate a

nd Dance careers, and throughout that journey, we recognized that our hearts remain in the space of recreation, and in creating continued enjoyment without added pressure. We offer a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere with an emphasis on FUN. We want everyone to feel excited to come to the Studio, knowing that they will laugh, learn something new and interesting, plus have the opportunity to connect with others. Happy Long Weekend! 🫶🏻

We truly hope that everyone has enjoyed their Summer season. While I’m sad that August flew by we are both really excited to see everyone in the Karate and Zumba classes!

⭐️ Zumba is back next week (starting Thurs Sept 10 in Torbrook). And then it’s the usual class schedule from there on.

⭐️ Karate kicks off the following week (starting with Coldbrook, Tues Sept 15 and then Torbrook on Thurs Sept 17). It’s not too late to register for the Karate classes - send us a DM to get started!

I hope that everyone’s long weekend is as fancy and free as Rosie in this video 😅🩷
