📣 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – HELP US PLAN AHEAD! ⛸️

As we head into the new skating season, we’re looking for a few volunteers interested in getting involved with the club and learning some of our key board roles.

Rather than waiting until positions become vacant, we’d love to have volunteers shadow our current chairs, learn the ropes and make for an easy transition.

⛸️ Test Chair – Shadow Position
Our current Test Chair is entering their final year on the board, so this position will need to be filled next season. We’re looking for someone who would be interested in shadowing the role this year and learning how it all works.

🎭 Carnival Chair – Shadow Position
Our current Carnival Chair has two years remaining on the board. We’d love to have someone begin learning the role this season, with the goal of taking the lead next season while still having the current Chair available to help and guide them through the year.

⭐ CanSkate Rep – VACANT
We are also looking for someone to fill our CanSkate Representative position for the 2026/27 season.

You don’t need to know everything to get involved! Shadowing is a great way to learn a role gradually while having someone experienced there to help.
