The real purpose of the Free Community Run Clinics for Fort Saskatchewan residents. It's more than running.

When you join our free run clinics there is a lot more to it than achieving your first 5K or other distances.

You are going to learn how setting the goal and systematically following a plan allows you to easily achieve it.

Once you achieve that first goal and use the progression system again for the next goal you will learn that all subsequent goals are achievable in the same way whether it's running, fitness or other goals in your life.
