I started this company out of a desire to help those who are frustrated with the lack of options, resources, and support available to those experiencing many of the same things I have struggled (and continue to struggle) with.

For years, I searched for answers—real answers—about my health, my body, and what was actually happening as I hit perimenopause. What did I find? Contradictory advice, dismissive health practitioners, and a system that told me to "just deal with it." Sound familiar?

I refused to accept that. And you shouldn’t either. At 45, I was 217 pounds, exhausted, frustrated, struggling with hormonal changes, weight loss resistance, and a body that felt completely out of my control. Fast forward to now—at 47, in perimenopause, I’ve transformed my life 180 degrees by digging deep, doing the research, and finding real, sustainable solutions. I am living proof that if you want it and are willing to fight for it, taking back control and transforming your health is 100% attainable!
