๐Ÿญ. When in doubt, lower the load. During this movement, just like many others, it is more important to perform the skill correctly rather than compromise your safety to increase the weight on the bar. โ €
๐Ÿฎ. If balance is the issue, practice this movement against a wall. Using a wall to support you from the back can help increase confidence in this movement and teach the body what it feels like to perform the exercise correctly. โ €
