Your space influences how you feel, and your at-home gym is no exception! While you might not be able to replicate the Trū Ride space, here are 5 ways you CAN your at-home sweat space:

1. Clear out clutter
2. Add a diffuser or candle (we looove Milk Jar Candle Company! Zen vibes, anyone?)
3. Change your lighting. A little dimming, colour or twinkle can completely transform your space.
4. Use a pegboard to organize your equipment (IKEA has a good one called SKADIS)
5. Keep your tech handy! We know you love good music. Store your speaker, charger and any other necessary cables in one spot for easy access!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ‼️ Today, the Government of Alberta announced new measures to help slow the spread of COVID-19.

Following guidance from our government, from Nov 13 - Nov 27, all in-studio Trū Ride classes will be cancelled.

We are grateful and happy to share that our clubs will remain open and we have virtual options available to keep your fitness momentum going strong!

During this time, we’re excited to extend FREE access to GYMVMT GO – our online fitness streaming platform – to all active members so you can continue to enjoy your favourite Trū Ride classes live and on-demand from anywhere until December 31, 2020. We can still break a sweat together from our bikes, just from the comfort of our own homes for now!
