Whether you were in the pool, out on the bike course, along the race route, handing out medals, or helping behind the scenes, your time and effort are deeply appreciated!

Each and every one of you played an important role in making the day a success. Your dedication, enthusiasm, and support helped create an amazing experience for all of our athletes and families!

Say hello to our 2026 World Triathlon Cup Edmonton Ambassador, Tyler Mislawchuk 👏

A 3x Olympian and one of Canada’s most accomplished triathletes, Tyler has represented Canada on the world’s biggest stages, competing at Rio 2016, Tokyo 2020, and Paris 2024, where he achieved a career best ninth place Olympic finish. Throughout his elite career, he has captured multiple World Cup Victories, became the first Canadian man to earn a medal on the World Triathlon Championship Series circuit, and won the official Olympic Test Event in Tokyo.

This July, Tyler returns to home soil to take on some of the world’s best as they race through the newly revitalized Hawrelak Park. 🇨🇦⚡️

Get ready for fast racing, big energy, and an unforgettable weekend on July 16-19.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at Coronation Park Sport & Recreation Centre this past Saturday for the 2026 Do North Kids of Steel!

The day was filled with energy, enthusiasm, and incredible accomplishments as young athletes challenged themselves, supported one another, and crossed the finish line with pride.

From participants and volunteers to families, sponsors, and spectators, your support helped make this event a trendous success!

The Do North Sprint Triathlon is our most popular race and an achievable distance for anyone with a little bit of training.

Or, grab your friends, family, or coworkers and take on the Do North Team Relay. One swims, one bikes, one runs. Teamwork makes the dream work. 💪

COURSE DESCRIPTION 👇

🏊 SWIM
Start with an open water swim in the calm waters of Hawrelak Park lake surrounded by cheering spectators and the energy of race weekend.

🚴 BIKE
The bike course is fast, smooth, and built for speed, taking athletes through Edmonton’s iconic river valley roads with sweeping turns and incredible city views.

🏃 RUN
Finish strong on a scenic run through Hawrelak Park pathways and riverside trails with an electric finish line atmosphere waiting for you at the heart of the venue.
