Wisdom I've collected in my 20's:
1) You can literally do anything you want with your life, go out and find what sets your heart on fire. Switch jobs, make friends, try new hobbies, be unapologetically you. You will regret it if you don't.
2) Your productivity does not define your worth. You may feel like you need to prove your worth by destroying your mental and physical health. Stop doing that to your body. Nothing is ever that serious. Rest. Seek joy.
3) Communication is the root to all your relationships (romantic and otherwise). Learn how to do it. Practice it. Make it a part of everything you do. Yes it's scary, but you can do hard things.
4) Go to fu***ng therapy. Even if you don't think you feel that bad. Even if you don't have time. Even if it's expensive. Go. Keep going. Everyone needs it. You will become such a better version of you once you bravely face who you are.
5) Everything you want is on the other side of fear. Be bold. Be brave. You deserve it.
