To all Soldiers of Fitness troops both past and present:
It is with a heavy heart that I am forced to announce that Soldiers of Fitness Edmonton is closing its doors. I have had a great time serving the city of Edmonton over these last 14 years, providing a unique brand of fitness. I hope that you all continue to spread the drive, teamwork and motivation that you got from our classes over the years to others and in all aspects of your lives.
All future SOF classes are cancelled and have been removed from the website. Any sessions owed to current participants will be made up through out the rest of the year as possible. I will be holding classes once or twice per month, so if you are owed a few sessions please pay attention to the face book page, which will remain active, for announcements and timings for these classes.
Thank you all for your patronage, and I hope to see you in the future.

Coming soon we will be offering a beginner SOF bootcamp class on Tues/Thurs! Great for those who are new to fitness or recovering from an injury. A more gradual introduction to getting fit with less impact on your body.

It was great to see some new buddies out this morning for Buddy Day! The focus was on teamwork today with some tire pulling, sandbag carry and running with the pole! Good job everyone!
