Dear Guests, Friends, and Family,
First off, we would like to apologize for the delay in information. We have received our first update since the last time we made a post. The investigation did not allow anyone to access any information or to gain access to the facility in any way until only recently. We are now starting to take steps to move forward with our insurance but unfortunately we are unable give any update on the timeline as it is currently dependent on the insurance company’s process.
We were able to gain access to the building and what we have learned so far is we unfortunately will not be reopening in this location. However, we do hope to relocate to a new location in the near future.
The next step we are taking is we need to get into the software and get a team to sort through all member accounts. We will be reaching out to all members who paid in full or anyone with credits on file first to decide how they want the account handled. For all other accounts, we will be in contact for your directions.
We kindly thank everyone for your patience. We do apologize in advance for the time it is taking for the accounts to be addressed. We do have a lot of members and need to be sure each one is handled accurately. Rest assured all accounts that pre-paid in full or overpaid will be credited or refunded.
Also, we wanted to mention that the existing equipment will be auctioned off to be replaced with new equipment for a new location.
