Along with his team, owner Peter (Panayiotis) Houliaras--who won 4 medals for Team Canada in the 2006 World Martial Arts Tournament--guides his students through each kickboxing class to deliver a workout that is both challenging and fun. The Muay Thai kickboxing style is an intense hand-to-hand martial art that utilize
