Salsaddiction Dance Company Salsa Dance Instruction since 1998, Kizomba since 2013. Host of Salsa Thursdays at On The Rocks. Salsaddiction wants you to "Feel Alive!"

Salsaddiction is Edmonton’s original Salsa and Kizomba Dance School. In 1998 we brought salsa classes to Edmonton and in 2013, Kizomba. Usukuma, Founder and Director, is known in YEG as the godfather of salsa. Today, we are mainly focused on running the salsa night at On The Rocks (Jasper Ave and 118 Street) on Thursdays and offer occasional private classes. FEEL ALIVE

Salsa is not just a form of

dance, it is an experience of Latin culture through dancing – a SOCIAL EVENT! Latin dancing is a great way to exercise, become fluent with rhythm, self-discovery and a great way to meet a growing community of people who love to dance and enjoy the vibe that comes along with it.

Salsaddiction is looking to add a couple of late DJs to the roster for our weekly Salsa Rocks Latin night (Thursdays) at On the Rocks. The requested music mix is 30% Salsa, 15% Bachata/Cumbia, 15% Merengue/Semba, 40% Other (I.e: Cha-cha-cha, Kizomba, Reggaeton, Afro, Latin pop). Average time commitment is 2-3 shifts per quarter. The shift is 11:30pm-2:30am, with music being played 12-2:15am. Please DM or email info[at]salsaddiction.com with questions.
