THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE DEVELOPMENT. πŸ€.

Our Girl Fall/Winter Academy brings together coaches with experience across the professional, college, prep, high school, club, and player-development levels β€” combining different backgrounds with one shared goal: helping athletes grow.

From former professional athletes, post secondary players and international players to experienced program directors and certified coaches, this group brings knowledge, energy, accountability, and a commitment to development every time they step on the floor.

Our Fall Academy runs from 11U up to 18U, 2 sessions per week and 3 tournaments (Calgary and Edmonton) between September 5th to November 1st. We are gearing up for our best fall yet - our academy program will be our feeder program for Select Events Basketball Fall/Winter Circuit and other high level programming opportunities down the pipeline.

Led by Harp Grewal, 3Seed Training brings together focused skill development, competition, and intentional training for both High School and Junior High athletes - both boys and girls groups will be available.
