Candidates will be evaluated based on:
🔹Citizenship and leadership qualities
🔹Hockey ability and sportsmanship displayed
🔹Scholastic standing
🔹Financial needs
🔹Love and dedication to the sport

Scholarship Details:
🔹Two educational scholarships of $500 each will be awarded annually. Only successful recipients will be contacted by the Serdachny Scholarship Committee.

Please include the following details in your application:

🔹Complete Birthday
🔹Parent’s contact information if available
🔹Association playing in
🔹Level
🔹Complete Address and contact information
🔹Phone Number and Email
🔹Specify whether it is a Nomination or Player application
