Couldn’t wait until Friday for this one… so I dropped it early 👀✨
New 30 minute barre workout is now up using a Pilates ball. Wow does that little ball know how to humble you in the best way. It adds such a fun challenge to balance, stability, core work, and those tiny barre pulses that suddenly feel VERY not tiny.
5 moves you need to try:
• bicep curl + shoulder raise with ball & weights
• hinge lunge with ball on hip
• hinge lunge rotation + ball squeeze
• oblique roll outs
• scissors
