I do not plan to renew May 2026.

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Taylor Eleniak, a remarkable 18-year-old young man who touched the lives of so many and was taken too soon.

Taylor was not only a gifted athlete but also an inspiration to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His dedication, passion, and unwavering spirit were evident both on and off the gym floor. Whether it was his incredible athleticism, infectious smile, or the kindness he radiated, he left an indelible mark on our hearts. Taylor has been skipping with Heartland High Energy since 2012. He also qualified to compete at Worlds with Team Canada this year. His high school grad is next week.

Nicola, we extend our deepest condolences to you and your family. No parent should ever have to experience the pain of losing a child. Your pain is being felt from not only across our province, but across our country. As the backbone to our competitions and Chair of RSA, you are an incredibly strong woman that we all have come to rely on - now it is our time to support you. If we each could take away just some of your pain, you know we would. We love you Nicola!

In this difficult time, let's come together to support each other, sharing cherished memories and celebrating the beautiful legacy that Taylor leaves behind. Let's honor his memory by continuing to pursue our passions with the same determination and joy that he displayed.

Rest in peace, dear Taylor. 💙 Your light will continue to shine brightly in our hearts forever. Fly high 🕊️

RSA 2022 Provincial Competition will be held April 2 & 3, 2022 at Olds College . This competition is being hosted by Skip Time .

The competition is free for the public - come down and cheer on our Alberta athletes as they compete for a spot at Nationals May long weekend in Kamloops.
