I heard this quote on the weekend and as cheesy as it sounds, it also sounded pretty profound. It’s goes ‘You can’t get wet thinking about water’

Now take from that what you want but to me it stood out. I see a lot of clients and trainers who want to achieve so much to make their lives better, but are not willing to do the work.

It's easy to talk about your fitness goals and envision your ideal physique, but unless you take action and put in the work, you won't see results. Yes, we have bad days but deal with it ASAP and move on. Staying down there is detrimental for nobody else but yourself.

Take that first step towards a healthier lifestyle today. Get up, lace up those sneakers, and start moving! Even small changes in your daily routine can lead to big improvements in your overall health and fitness.

So let's dive in and make a splash! 💦

Hey everyone! I know that counting steps has become a popular way to track physical activity, but it's important to remember that it shouldn't be your only form of exercise.

While walking is a great way to stay active, it's not enough to get a full-body workout and it doesn’t take into account the intensity of the exercise. Walking 500 steps from the couch to the kitchen is hardly comparable to 500 steps of a intense workout.

Mixing up your routine with other forms of exercise, like strength training, yoga, or cardio, can help you build a balanced, strong, and healthy body. Plus, it can prevent you from getting bored or burnt out from doing the same thing every day.

So next time vou're tempted to rely solely on your step count, remember to switch it up and try something new. Your body (and mind) will thank vou!

➡️Small progress is still progress.
Don't compare yourself to others, focus on your own journey.
➡️It's okay to ask for help, a personal trainer or fitness class can be a great resource.
➡️Fuel your body with nutritious foods to support your workout.
➡️Rest and recovery is just as important as the workout itself.

Remember, a successful fitness routine is all about finding what works for you and making it a habit
