Hello Athletes, Parents and Coaches,

We have made some major upgrades to our existing programs this fall! Notably, we have increased the session time to 90 minutes allowing us to dedicate more time to the ABC's of athleticism (i.e. agility, balance, coordination, and speed). Athletes will also be involved in a variety of fitness tests to ensure the specific readiness of each individual is addressed. All participants will receive an AIM Program t-shirt. All for the same cost!
