🌸 Hi everyone! I have a few spots left in my Spring Yoga Series starting May 7th! Join me Tuesday evenings for these relaxing classes. Enjoy gentle movement, quiet time to yourself, and explore different stress-relieving practices each week.

Each week has a different theme, but all classes will be gentle and relaxing. This is a great weekly mental reset and recovery session for the body.

I'll provide all the supportive props, including bolsters, blocks, and yoga straps, so you can experience unique restorative postures. We will take time to adjust each shape to feel comfortable and relaxing.

Hey everyone! Sharing some updates on where you can find me teaching these days. 👇

Starting next Thursday, I’ll be kicking off another round of my 6-week yoga series focusing on stress release. It’s become a staple offering for the past few years, and I’m happy to be diving back in with a new group in a new space ( ). In this class you’ll enjoy sinking into super relaxing, unique restorative shapes with comfy props – dreamyyy. This class truly feels like a weekly reset for the mind, body, and heart. ❤️

A new addition to the series is incorporating Yoga Nidra into the mix after completing a 100HR training in January! This powerful relaxation tool has personally transformed my meditation practice, and I’m excited for everyone to experience this form of Non-Sleep Deep Rest. 🧠

I’ve also picked a new sound healing instrument – a Shruti Box! I’m excited to share its soothing vibes. 🎶

I’m feeling deeply connected and grateful for the practice of yoga lately, and I’m looking forward to kicking these classes off. ✨

Throwback to this cozy fall retreat I hosted back in 2019! Putting together relaxing nourishing experiences is something I really love doing.❤️

Lately many people in my life, including myself, are craving a sense of routine after the busyness of summer.

We’re craving self-care, structure, and the mind is racing with ideas of habits and things we’d like to change.

To me, this is the body, mind, and heart are all sensing the shift in seasons together. It’s like the leaves are changing colour within and preparing for a new season – of you.

On Saturday, September 23rd, join me for my autumn equinox mini retreat – Reset & Renew.

We will be slowwiinngg down and basking in all the fall vibes enjoying gentle yoga, meditation, seasonal tea and aromatherapy, while setting intentions for the new season.
