There is something about coaching a prenatal or postpartum mom that I will never take for granted.

They are exhausted in a way that's hard to explain to anyone who hasn't lived it.

They're navigating a body that feels foreign, a schedule that belongs entirely to someone else, and a mental load that doesn't come with an off switch. And somehow — she carves out this one hour for herself.

I think that takes extraordinary courage.

At City Fit Shop, we take that trust seriously. This isn't about bouncing back or hitting a timeline. It's about moving safely, building strength gradually, and feeling like yourself again — on your own terms, at your own pace.

We also want you to know: bring the baby. Bring the toddler. Bring the diaper bag and the snacks and the whole beautiful chaos of it. Our gym is a welcoming space for moms at every stage, and your kids are part of that. We love having them here.

20 years in, coaching moms through pregnancy and the postpartum season remains one of the most meaningful parts of what we do at City Fit Shop.
