This Saturday, we're running a Half HYROX simulation — because sometimes you need to know exactly what you signed up for before you actually sign up for it. 👀

Half the distance, all the "why did I think this was a good idea" energy. Perfect if you're HYROX-curious, training for your first one, or just want to test your fitness against something that isn't a mirror.

Open to everyone — members and non-members. Bring a friend, bring your doubts, leave with neither. You can do it solo or as a team of two.

Join us for our Half HYROX Simulation on Saturday, July 25.

Choose your challenge:

🔥 Individual — $35
🔥 Doubles — $25 per person

Registration opens at 12:00 p.m., with heats running every 10 minutes. Your official heat time will be posted three days before the event.

Expect hard work, loud cheering, snacks, prizes and at least one moment where you question your decisions.

Nine years in. Brand new space. And we're throwing a party to celebrate both.

The Birthday Bingo BBQ Bash is happening June 26 from 4:30 to 8:30 PM at our new location — and it is open to everyone. Current members, new faces, curious neighbours, old friends. All of it.

There will be bingo workout waves at 5:00 and 6:00 PM, BBQ from 5:30 to 7:30, and a whole lot of the community energy that made City Fit Shop what it is today.
