South Side Legion Boxing We provide a safe and supportive environment. Without them, amateur boxing wouldn’t be where it is today. Over 80 years of experience between the coaches.

With over 80 years of history, Southside Legion Boxing Club is a not-for-profit community-rooted boxing gym in Edmonton dedicated to coaching kids, youth, and adults of all ages. The resurrection of the name South Side Legion Boxing Club exemplifies the best of the 70+ year tradition of amateur boxing excellence through the people that came before us and the people who will continue. The Veterans

of Strathcona #150 had long supported the club, and resurrecting this name is our way of honoring their sacrifice to country and love of community. We need to remember them and continue on in their tradition of greatness.

Now celebrating our 80th year, we rely on fundraising to help cover those extra essential needs such as equipment repair/purchases, facility upgrades, training materials, travel, team-building events, and gear.

Hello, We require your assistance. The Edmonton Foodbank has reached out seeking physically fit athletes or individuals willing to volunteer their time to harvest a potato crop at Ft Edmonton Park. If you can dedicate between 1 and 4 hours on Wed Oct 8th, during either the 8am-noon or noon-4pm shift, your support would be greatly appreciated. If the remaining crop is not harvested, it will go to waste. If you are able to participate, please provide your contact information and specify your available time slot.
