Designed for youth ages 13–15, this is an awesome opportunity to get hands-on experience in the ski & snowboard industry while learning alongside our certified instructors.

🎿 Little skiers, big racing dreams! 🏆

Introducing ESC Kinder Racers; a fun-filled 12-week introduction to ski racing designed specifically for little shredders ages 4-5 ⛷️

Running Tuesday & Thursday evenings alongside the ESC Alpine Race Team, Kinder Racers will build:

✨ Balance & coordination
✨ Confidence on snow
✨ Equipment & safety skills
✨ Teamwork & sportsmanship
✨ The foundations of ski racing

And the best part? They’ll get to put their skills to the test with friendly competition practices + their very own race!

🚵‍♀️ Summer camp adventures are calling!🌞

Give your 6–12-year-old a summer week they won’t forget in the heart of Edmonton’s stunning River Valley!

Our Summer Camp Sessions are packed with outdoor adventure, including:
- Daily mountain biking excursions
- Nature-based games & outdoor play
- Educational hikes & exploring local flora and fauna
- Plenty of games, movement & adventure
- A whole lot of time spent outside!

Led by experienced outdoor and mountain bike enthusiasts, campers will have the opportunity to build confidence, explore nature, make new friends and; most importantly; have FUN!

The new River Valley Outdoor Activity Centre (RVOAC) provides an awesome backdrop for Stage 5 here at Edmonton Folk Fest. When the new Lodge opens Fall 2026, the experience of visiting us here in the winter or in the summer, will never be quite the same! ESC would also like to pass on a very special Thank You and Congratulations to entire EFMF team, volunteers and staff. We know this was a very trying year but you battled through and put on another amazing show!!

It’s Saturday at Edmonton’s Folk Music Festival. What a beautiful day to walk the site, take in some amazing music and partake in one of Edmonton’s Premiere summer events! C’mon over and visit us over between Stage 5 and 6. Best lemonade at EFMF is right next door too.

Watching our new lodge come to life has been so exciting. ✨

Every week there’s something new to see, and it’s incredible watching the vision slowly become a reality. While we can’t wait to welcome everyone inside, it’s this view that continues to steal the show.

Perched above the river valley with one of the best views in the city, the Edmonton skyline never gets old. Whether it’s a sunny afternoon or a glowing sunset, it’s a reminder of just how special this place is.

We can’t wait to share more behind-the-scenes progress with you as we get closer to opening.

Summer adventures are calling! ☀️🌿

Designed for kids **ages 4–7**, this three-day morning camp is packed with:

Running **Monday to Wednesday, 9:30 AM–12:30 PM**, it's the perfect way to keep your child active, curious, and enjoying everything an Edmonton summer has to offer.

Be sure to pack a refillable water bottle, snacks, lunch, and weather-appropriate clothing; we'll take care of the adventure!

Big things are happening at the Edmonton Ski Club! ⛷️🏔️

A development permit has officially been submitted to replace the current rental shop with a brand new permanent modular facility designed to better serve our community and future growth.

The proposed new space would include:
✨ A modern rental shop
✨ Multipurpose room
✨ Washrooms
✨ Operations room
✨ Secure storage
✨ Rooftop patio overlooking the hill

The application also includes two 40-foot storage containers to help support equipment and operational storage needs.
We’re excited about what this could mean for the future of the hill and creating an even better experience for our members, guests, and community year-round.

Back in July 2025, Edmonton Ski Club undertook a site improvement project, designed to ensure the safety and security of all major equipment owned by the Club. That process began with circulation of a Community Engagement notice to Cloverdale residents and culminated with the successful introduction of the two SeCan units to the site in October 2025.

Now that the 2026-2026 winter season has wrapped up, we are very pleased to report that the SeCan units have performed exactly as we had hoped. That valuable and necessary equipment that had been vandalized twice previously is now safely stored away. We also saw far less petty crime on and around the resort with the SeCan units having no appreciable negative impact on general aesthetics of the resort space within our community.

We also want to take this opportunity to thank everyone that provided feedback and comments throughout the process as well as City of Edmonton officials that supported this very worthwhile endeavour to keep Edmonton Ski Club equipment safe and secure.
