I am looking forward to spending invaluable time coaching with my amazing daughter, Taylor Sadler, LPN this coming Fall/Winter at the Royal Glenora Club (RGC), as we focus on student/athlete/leadership and program development.

Precision Martial Arts Academy is proudly celebrating our 29th Anniversary and 13th year at RGC, teaching/coaching World Taekwondo, dynamic Martial Arts, and Personal Protection.

Mr. Shawn Baker Control Tactics Survival Skills - CTSS

It has been a pleasure and honor serving our community under your CTSS banner. I have been an AJSG Accredited Trainer & CTSS Instructor for 10 years. However, I trained under your tutelage in Jujitsu, almost 30 years ago, when we developed an early friendship. You and your lovely wife trusted, me to teach your son, in World Taekwondo at my Dojang, Precision Martial Arts Academy and you helped me launch my Executive Protection career. Moreover, our 30 year friendship is what I value the most.

I am proud of you for making this life-changing decision, albeit I know how hard it was to decide to let it go. With the passing of our respected, admired, extremely skilled friend, fellow Martial Artist, and invaluable CTSS Instructor, Calen Paine, I will continue to work with the new owners, and committed Instructor Team, to help teach/coach, mentor, to develop and grow, personally and professionally, so I can best serve our next group of participants and future community Protectors.

There have been many incidents lately where Executive Protection Practitioners have come under scrutiny for their actions or lack thereof. The question arises: Were the errors due to individual deficiency, leadership failure, or lack of unity of effort in inter-agency ex*****on?

This training will help EP Practitioners, Protective Support Teams, and associated Leaders improve their ability to work together under challenging and complex situations.
