Training for the upcoming tournament has us really working our arses off! Continuous sparring has definitely opened up some unique challenges in terms of athleticism, particularly pacing oneself during a long and drawn out engagement... and if you don't want to fall into a Doubling Disaster, this type of sparring really forces you to hone in on self preservation.
