What it does not mean is that you are any less a climber than anyone else. 🙌
Chronic pain conditions affect each body differently, and can even affect the same body differently.
While I may be able to make some slow sends during a flair up one month, then next I might be riddled with pain killers, strapped into all my heating pads, unable to move without buring pain shifting through my body (iykyk).
Our bodies aren't meant to trap us.
Find a doctor that will listen to you and help you navigate your pain.
Listen and begin to recognize the signals your body is sending you.
Move when you can, how you can, as strong as you can.
And when its telling you that's not an option, listen to that too. 🤍
