Client shoutout

This client started with us on our 3 month online programming and currently has lost 110.26lbs!

He came to us with failing health and needing a change desperately. When we explained to him the value of our online programming and how we could achieve the same results for him at a fraction of the price of one on one training he took the leap of faith. Even after his online training with us was completed he took the knowledge he gained from both our boot camps and our online programming and applied it himself consistently.

Client and friend after two months of online training with our customized hypertrophy plan. You can see clearly that his shoulders, chest and biceps have all increased in size and definition. More importantly he has found peace and mental stability in the gym and has broken out of his comfort zone to do it! He applied consistency and dedication to his daily routine and is well on his way to his goals. Also he is 100% a purebred light skin so he couldn’t possibly take normal before and after photos 😂😂😂 but I promise you we are going to have some crazy results in the next two months and we will document them so that you all can see just how much his body changes through the next stages of his customized plans!

PROOF OF CONCEPT

These pictures are proof that if you work the plan, the plan will work. This is 60 days of consistent training and eating in a controlled manner.

Some of the things I’d like to point out are:

1) arms- look at the difference in the muscle mass on the triceps and definition

2) obvious growth in both the b***y and the hamstrings

3) advanced definition in the back muscles, specifically upper back and the width of the upper back/lats

4) my personal favourite, the posture. Look for a moment on how the left shoulder in the before picture is hunched up, mainly due to underusing the trap and shoulder complex muscles and not having the knowledge to correct it by herself

That’s 4 solid reasons why you should always hire a trainer or a coach that’s qualified to help you reach your goal if your actually serious about attaining your dream body or even just feeling and moving better. If if that coach isn’t me.

I’m excited to see the progress we make in the next 60 days. She asked for a bigger butt, she got one. She asked for a slimmer waist, she got one. She asked to be stronger, she got that. She wanted to move better while still having the flexibility to teach yoga confidently, she accomplished it. And those things don’t even show you how she went from barely hanging on the pull-up bar to doing 4 full pull-ups in 60 days. It doesn’t show her starting at 33lbs on the seated row and advancing to 66lbs, double the weight. All the small wins that these pictures could never tell you are the real reason she continues to put in all the hard work. Congrats and looking forward to continuing to crush goals with you.

BIG FU***NG MOVES!!!

I'd just like to make an appreciation post for one of our clients

This young woman came to me defeated

She felt like she was too skinny, but too fat

She felt like she wasn't capable of having the body she desired, but wasn't willing to concede

She thought that she wasn't strong, but also didn't know if she WANTED to be strong, because people were telling her that she would just look like a man.

You know what I told her?

I SAID F**K EVERYONE

F**K YOUR FRIENDS, F**K YOUR ROMANTIC INTERESTS AND F**K YOUR MOMMA IF SHE DISAGREE

just kidding I didn't say f**k your mom, but I did say the first two

Then I asked her what she wanted

She looked at me surprised, as if Noone had asked her that before.

She thought about it and said, I want a b***y 🤣🤣🤣

Then she said and I want to be strong

And I want to be more flexible

And I want to learn to eat better, and more, and not feel guilty.

So you know what I said?

I said, welcome to king of the jungle fitness. And the rest is history. 15lbs heavier in 2 months, still just as lean in her stomach as the day she came to me, and a 15% increase in weight from day 1 to day 60.

And we are just getting started.

The benefits of doing a combat sport include, great fitness, stress release, a safe outlet for aggression, character development, team work, discipline, respect, self defence and personal confidence.These are all principles that we at king of the jungle value deeply.
