A few months ago I was training with a fellow competitor and prep coach and she showed me this alternate grip. My hands are lower than normal and the reasoning for it is to keep the traps from disengaged and primarily focus on the rear delts.

240lbs - 218.4lbs. We actually started at 244.5lbs so we have lost 26lbs.

Shout out to my client for a amazing Transformation 170lbs of fat loss on here own and now teamed up together we have already lost another 23lbs. Just proves that if you put in the work anything is possible. I expect to see and amazing journey and a huge physical change in the 3-6 months. #2018
