Join Us for Rooftop HIIT in collaboration with Canadian Icehouse! 🔥

Get ready to sweat, smile, and soak up the sun with a 45-minute full-body HIIT class on the rooftop patio of Canadian Icehouse! This bodyweight workout is designed for all fitness levels and focuses on movement, energy, and fun — no equipment needed (but you’re welcome to bring your own if you’d like).

What to Bring:
Outdoor runners
Yoga mat (required)
Positive attitude!

Bonus Perks:
Includes one free drink + $10 brunch credit after class!

Location Details:
The class takes place on the rooftop patio at Canadian Icehouse. Enter through the doors by the Oilers store in the plaza, take the elevator to the top floor, and we’ll be set up outside on the patio, ready to rise and shine!
