Story time…… once upon a time there was a 30 year old single mom feeling anxious, overwhelmed and stuck. I went on a whim to a hot flow yoga class. I fell in love. I went back steadily all year. I signed up on another “whim” to take a yoga teacher training. I discovered my aptitude for sharing and connecting the dots between minds and bodies in the room. I learned philosophy of yoga and ancient ideas that somehow was a laser beam into my life in the present. I lifted veil after veil of stories, beliefs, judgements and learned behaviours. I became more forgiving, more at home in my body, found my voice and grew my self esteem. So please, trust me…..this will change your life too. Training I go in my bio 🙏🏼💜 🧘🏽‍♀️
