Gemma and I have great news! 1 on 1 personal training is back February 8th!
Living through another lockdown has not been easy. Throw in the rest of life's challenges into the mix and OH BOY! Quarantine has certainly thrown me into a strange headspace and I am sure you can relate.
Staying active through this round was definitely more challenging than last. Winter has kept us inside and it forces us to either get creative and move or... forget about your workout, grab that pint of ice cream in the freezer and park it on the couch and whoops now its been 6 weeks. Being real here, I may have done that on more than one occasion.
I am so grateful I have a home gym and was able to continue exercising through lockdown here. Unfortunately that is not the case for all of us. That being said, that doesn't mean there isn't a way for you to get active and moving again.
Gemma and I want to help! If you have any questions about what you can do for yourself for activity I would love to hear what you have to say and address what us getting in the way of you staying active. I guarantee I can come up with something to get you moving again whether you have home equipment or not.

My guy has been putting in work!
Keaton has been training with me for a little over a year now. Starting off as a total beginner to the gym he's come a very long way. He started with learning basic functional movement patterns, how to brace the core through movement and slowly progressing into heavier lifting. From starting with the bar here he is now at 180 lbs x 3 and crushing it. Im super stoked and proud of this guy for his consistency and progress. He's just scratched his surface of potential here and the only way to go is up! Great work Keaton!
