🔥 Client Transformation🔥

📉 60lbs down
💪 Strength & muscle increased
👖 Dropped 3 clothing sizes
🫀 Blood pressure from high to healthy

Alphonse initially came to me looking to lose 30-40 lbs and improve knee and lower back pain that had been bothering him.

He’s now surpassed his initial goal, dropping 60 lbs, gaining strength, and transforming his body.

One of his biggest challenges was his high stress management job and long work hours.

So we built a plan that worked with his life, not against it.

No extreme restrictions.
No endless gym sessions.
Just a simple, sustainable approach that fit his routine.

Now? He’s stronger, leaner, and healthier than ever. He even mentioned his mood and performance at work has improved after making a change.

✔️Down from 2XL to M in most of his clothes.
✔️Pain-free and moving better than ever.
✔️Blood pressure now in a healthy range.

If you’re ready to make a change, DM me and let’s get started💪

🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨
Over the past few months, my in person coaching has become fully booked, and while I love working hands-on with clients, I know many of you still want to lose fat, build muscle, and take control of your physique.

That’s why I’m launching The Lean Physique Accelerator

a 12-week online coaching program for busy professionals who want to transform their body without sacrificing all their free time.

Because it’s new, spots are limited to just 10 people

I don’t do cookie-cutter or generic plans. This is customized coaching built around your schedule, goals, and challenges so you get maximum results in minimum time.

After coaching hundreds of people, I noticed something…

The ones who got in shape AND stayed that way weren’t grinding away in the gym for hours or following extreme diets.

✔ They had a structured plan built around their life.
✔ They focused on simple strategies that worked.
✔ They built long-term habits that made results come easier.

That’s exactly what we do in The Lean Physique Accelerator. Together we design a plan that works FOR you, not against you.

“Sounds amazing! But how does the program work?” 🤔

It’s built around 4 Core Pillars to get you the best results:

1️⃣ The Full Body Audit –A 360-degree breakdown of your habits, routines, and lifestyle to pinpoint what’s keeping you stuck
👉 We identify what’s holding you back and build a custom roadmap

2️⃣ Lifestyle Recalibration – Fitness isn’t just about workouts and meal plans. It’s about building sustainable routines.
👉 We create habits that fit into your daily life so you can get and stay lean

3️⃣ Time Optimization – You don’t need hours in the gym to see results, you need the right approach.
👉 We audit your schedule, identify pockets of time, & map out a plan

4️⃣ Customized Coaching & Accountability – This isn’t just a plan, it’s full accountability & support.
👉 Weekly check-ins, daily habit tracking, and 1:1 coaching to keep you on track.

This is how we take you from where you are now to a lean, strong, and confident physique.

If you’re ready to make it happen, drop “I’M IN” in the comments or DM me “LEAN” for details.

Let’s get to work! 💪

Why I started Mac Fitness 💥

After spending five years working in a commercial gym, I knew I wanted to do more but I was too comfortable doing the same thing day to day.

Then came the lockdowns and gym closures and it forced me to adapt. With gyms closing and opening and closing again, I decided to create a space that focused on 1-1 private training, and that let me and pick the equipment I wanted and build my gym from the ground up.

3 Years later and it grew to a gym where I can put my focus on giving my clients a personalized experience without the hassles of a busy gym

There have been lots of long days and late nights setting up the gym, finding and even building equipment. One time I drove over 1000km in a day to pick up a hard to find piece of gym equipment.

After all that it’s been super fulfilling to be able to look back and and have a space I can share with my clients.

Plus being able to workout in an empty gym every workout with the equipment I handpicked is something I tend to take for granted when I workout in a busy gym 😅

Client Transformation 🔥

✅Body fat decreased
✅Posture Improved
✅Strength Increased

Here is what she had to say about the training experience:

“Physically my body changed shape, my stomach has flattened out, my neck is leaner, my legs have slimmed out. I lost around 6 pounds, gained muscle mass, and pushed myself physically into areas that I never expected.

From the first time that I met Logan I was impressed, he was very thorough at our initial meeting, he continues to work with my injury, he changes up my workouts every few weeks,
he challenges me, and pushes me. Throughout
this challenge I felt that he was right there with me, wanting me to succeed and much as I wanted to succeed.

He looked over my food logs, gave me advise on diet, and worked though my challenges. The continued weigh-ins, measurements, pictures, and focus at each of our sessions really helped me to stay focused and on check.

I started making the changes that I wanted to make and I look forward to continuing to challenge and pushing myself to achieve my final goal with Logan by my side.”

ᴘʀɪᴏʀɪᴛɪᴢᴇ ʀᴇᴄᴏᴠᴇʀʏ ᴛᴏ ꜱᴇᴇ ʀᴇꜱᴜʟᴛꜱ 💥

Many of the benefits of exercise happen don’t happen during a workout, they happen afterwards, when you have time to repair the damage you may have done while working out.

Exercise presents a fantastic opportunity to make improvements. Fat loss, muscle gain, strength, energy, cardiovascular and metabolic health can and will improve your quality of life.

These are adaptations to the workouts that you do, as a result of recovering from the demands of a workout.

This is comparable to starting a fire. You can have firewood and heat, (exercise and nutrition) but without oxygen (recovery) you won’t have fire.

This understanding gives an opportunity to make progress in 2 ways.

1️⃣ Focusing on recovery will lead to the most results in the long term.

Getting quality sleep, adequate nutrition, and managing stress.

2️⃣ Focus on workouts that you will recover from currently, and therefore make improvements in. The type of exercise, intensity, and how much you do will impact how much recovery you will need.

If you have been doing the same type of workouts for a while and not seeing improvements in performance between workouts, it may be worthwhile to switch up your workouts to one you can recover and make Improvements in.

Under recovery will negatively impact your results in the long run. Lower energy, decreased movement, poor sleep and digestion means worse workouts and less calories expended throughout the day.

Recovery is an important ingredient in the recipe for results, ensure you don’t leave it out!

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭!

One exercise may work great for someone else and their goals, but poorly for you.

Most of the time, most exercises will work well for most people if it’s used appropriately.

What might be different is how much range of motion you might use, and how you will progress that exercise over time.

An example of this is a squat 🏋️‍♂️

▪️Your ankle and hip mobility changes how far down you should go.

▪️Your torso and limb lengths changes what muscles you will use and how challenging it is for you.

▪️your goals and the goal of the workout will change what type of squat is best (or if you even need to use that exercise in the first place)

Maybe squatting with a barbell on your back is an exercise that feels great for you and one can progress.

Maybe it restricts your movement and there is a much better option for you.

All of this comes down to one important factor.

How you choose which exercises to do.

Do you set up your workouts with exercises that are specific to you and your goals?

If you pick the exercises you perform based on:
❌what you have always done
❌what you see other people do
❌what a generic workout plan says to do

I guarantee you are missing out! Missing out on exercising pain free, missing out on exercising in a way you enjoy and works well for you, and missing out on more results💥

𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

✅Body fat down
✅Improved health markers
✅Strength increased
✅Built a foundation of a healthier lifestyle and habits.

In 8 weeks, Ryan made huge improvements in his fitness, his health, and his appearance.

The best part of a change like this, is Ryan had 60 days to build up better habits.

Habits like:
➖Exercising 3-4x a week.
➖planning meals and prioritizing nutrition in line with his goals
➖Focusing on optimizing recovery.(Sleep, Stress, Nutritional Quality)
➖Time management. Balancing workouts and nutrition planning with work, travel, and life’s uncertainties.

Ryan trained with me 3 times a week, plus additional cardio. There were times when things got busier in his life, but he made it a priority to exercise and focus on nutrition.

Having a short term goal is one of the best ways to stay motivated and see progress, but it’s just as important to have realistic expectations, and consider the long term as well.

Being too focused on progress in the short term is a common problem when people start off with their fitness goals.

Here are some common mistakes that happen if you are too focused on immediate results.

❌Trying to do everything perfectly.
-Falling off track or losing motivation from time to time is natural and happens to everyone.

❌Too low calories and too much activity.
-This takes away from long term progress, and can even diminish your health.

❌Struggling to find balance between “All or nothing” when it comes to exercise and nutrition.
-Even if your really motivated to see faster results, it’s important that you are able to maintain those results or focus on other fitness goals.

Are you more motivated by short term results, or a long term lifestyle change?

Both mindsets can be equally helpful in opposing ways!

If you find you lean more towards one side, Ask yourself if you could benefit from having a short term goal to keep you accountable, or a longer term vision of how fitness and nutrition can be a part of your daily lifestyle.
