Since I was young I have always dreamt of a day where I could be proud of who I was and how my body looked. Although I was only 12 years old at the time I never believed it to be possible. Up until a year ago I was overweight and extremely disappointed with my body. My father then introduced me to Annie who soon changed the way I looked at myself and taught me discipline and patience. Although I am not done with my fitness journey, using the programs provided by Annie changed my life and my health forever. I have never been more happy with the way I look than now.

& It can be so easy to get caught up in the go-go-go of it all, but it's sooo important to take a step back and make time for yourself and your health. πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Even with a full plate, I always strive to prioritize my own well-being and make sure to squeeze in a workout whenever I can!

Let's talk about being happy and confident in our own skin for a sec..

I know it can be tough sometimes, especially when we're bombarded with images of "perfect" bodies on social media. But guess what? There is NO such thing as a perfect body.

We're ALL unique, and that's what makes us beautiful. πŸ’

When it comes to fitness, we need to remember that what works for one person might not work for another.

🀍Some of us have curves for days, while others are more petite.

🀍Some of us love lifting weights, while others prefer yoga or running.

And you know what? That's okay. It's reality, and we need to accept that we're all different in our own way!

Having fitness in my life has been a game-changer, It makes me feel strong, happy and confident af!

Do what makes YOU feel good. And remember, the only person you should compare yourself to is the person you were yesterday.

Let's face it, life can be unpredictable and throw us some crazy curveballs. BUT, that doesn't mean we should throw in the towel and give up on our goalsπŸ™…

Instead, we need to use those situations as fuel to power us to keep going!

Sure, you might have an off couple of weeks (but who doesn't), that doesn't mean you can't still be consistent and work towards your goals!!

Start small and work your way up again & If you fall off the bandwagon that’s ok, get up, dust off and jump right back in!
.. And if anxiety tries to get in the way, just remember that you're a boss and can handle anything that comes your way.πŸ’

As if I'm gonna give up pizza & ice cream πŸ™ƒ

But seriously, it's time to stop obsessing over the scale and start focusing on what REALLY matters:

🀍 Feeling good inside and out. And that means nourishing our bodies with a balanced diet, staying active, and taking care of our mental health.

Age is just a number, and if there's anything that deserves to be put to rest, it's the idea that once you reach a certain age, you're too old to workout and start your fitness journey! πŸ™…

It doesn't matter if you're 20 or 80, you can always start working towards a healthier and happier you!

Start with a brisk walk around the block, try a beginner yoga class, or hire a personal trainer( me πŸ’ ) to help you create a fitness plan tailored to your needs and goals. πŸ’ͺ

The important thing is to get STARTED and stay CONSISTENT!!
