I began my business of supporting others along their healing journeys in November of 2020, shortly after taking the training to become a certified, licensed and insured Heal Your Life® Workshop Teacher and Life Coach, as well as the Train the Trainer training from the late Janet Fox. anishinaa

The words you speak matter. The stories you carry matter. Your perspective, your experiences, and your wisdom all have value.

Do not underestimate the medicine you carry simply because it comes naturally to you.

We often think wisdom means having all the answers.

But wisdom can also look like pausing before you respond, trusting your intuition, asking for help when you need it, and continuing forward even when the path isn't completely clear.

You do not need to know everything to trust yourself.

The wisdom you seek may already be within you. 💜

Sometimes we need to come back to the basics.

Not the complicated healing work.
Not the endless to-do lists.
Not the pressure to be more.

Just simple truths:

✨ I am amazing.
✨ I am sacred.
✨ I can do anything.
✨ I deserve to live my most beautiful life.
✨ I am worthy of peace, love, joy, and respect.

Save this post for the days you need a reminder. Read them out loud. Place your hand on your heart. Let the words sink in.

There comes a point in healing where you realize you don't need to explain yourself to everyone.

You don't need to convince people of your worth.
You don't need to justify your boundaries.
You don't need to prove your growth, your intentions, or your heart.

Not everyone will understand your choices, and that's okay.

Protecting your peace is more important than winning every argument or changing every opinion. 💜
