Courage means choosing conviction over comfort.
Courageous Entities:
First means no blueprint, no crowd, no applause yet. You’ll be misunderstood, called "stubborn" or "naive" before results show up.
Courage puts your name, money, and reputation on the line. If it fails, you own it. No one to blame.
Courageous moves take time to prove. The bandwagon moves fast. Boldness builds slow.
In the course of life.... Everyone will tell you to "be realistic" which usually means "be like us."
But boldness and Courage is also the only way new things get built. Companies, movements, and real change start with 1 person who refused to follow.

Courage is not the absence of fear. It’s the judgment that something else is more important than fear.

The bandwagon is the rush to join what’s already winning because you’re afraid of missing out.
The challenge is that....Bandwagons are rented. The moment the hype dies, the crowd leaves — and you’re left with nothing you built for yourself.
The challenge of being bold is short-term loneliness for long-term respect.
The greed of the bandwagon is short-term comfort for long-term irrelevance.

Most people don’t fail because they weren’t smart. They fail because they chose the crowd over their conviction.

Maturity/Patience:
Patience is the capacity to wait without panic. Maturity is acting right while you wait.
Most times, tribulations reveals the gap between Patience and Maturity. Impatience demands quick wins, loud reactions.

Maturity chooses the next right step, even when no one is clapping.
Patience buys you time to think.
Quick reaction can be cheap, certain level of response may be expensive. Patience allows you filter noise, test advice, avoid traps etc.

Patience turns pressure into strategy while Maturity turns time into Progress.
Maturity is not age. It’s responsibility. Maturity is doing the work when it’s boring, owning up to mistakes, and keeping promises when it’s hard. Contraptions of Politics, Business, or life issues, these pair is an armor. You don’t control the timeline but you can control your conduct.

Patience is not the ability to wait, but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting.
The two hardest tests on the spiritual board are the Patience to wait for the right moment and the Courage not to be disappointed with what we encounter. Maturity elicits Courage and Patience.

Maturity manages ego.
Growth cannot be rushed, so Maturity is when you stop complaining, making excuses, and start making things work. It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop. Maturity is clarity under pressure.
With Patience, you can wait, Maturity is when you can be trusted while you wait.

As EA UzumnismEsq, I am driven to always execute processes in alignment with best practices, standards, and principles; guided by a sound mindset and a clearly defined belief system.

Our everyday systems are distorted by a cycle of bandwagon implosion, reflecting deeply flawed leadership and followership structures. Our collective mindset is loudly burdened by social poverty. Many who hold power do not understand how to wield it; even more troubling, many who possess wealth do not know how to manage it. The prevailing operative word has become “control” - a constant urge to dominate and remain in charge.

This reality is troubling, especially when we acknowledge that we brought nothing into this world and will leave with nothing.

Let us therefore review the following:
Character
Competence
Consistency
Capacity

I propose that leadership trajectories be evaluated through these four Cs before any form of scoring or elevation. For a healthier society, leadership cannot be reduced to mere loyalty or disloyalty. It is time to prioritize the Four Cs, and humanity.

We must not compromise competence for character, nor should we sacrifice capacity for any other consideration. Proximity does not equate to loyalty.

Our society should no longer be burdened by an obsessive hunger for control and validation alone.

Our best minds must deliberately reassess leadership development trajectories. Too often, crowns do not rest on those who refuse to follow the crowd, but rather on those who bend realities; unfortunately so.

CHARGE
I will not follow the crowd.
I will not bend realities; it is what it is.
I will control my output.
I will manage outcomes, but you will take responsibility for the consequences of your actions and inactions.

Let us make a conscious commitment to positive impact and the cultivation of better leadership.

Dear Youths.
This is definitely not an interesting time to be within the Youth class in our space due to obvious inequalities and unequal opportunities.
Have you observed that recruitments into Government Agencies like Central Bank of Nigeria(CBN) Nigerian National Petroleum Corp(NNPC) Federal Inland Revenue Service(FIRS) etc are shrouded in secrecy? They rarely advertise such vacancies or conduct open and Transparent Employment Procedures yet new entrants resume regularly but vacancies to join Nigeria Army is open. The love is massive!....yet for Sambisa Department!
The first step to deliverance and liberation is awareness. Lets be guided.
