Beginner Kettlebell Strength Program Starts Saturday January 11!!

To my fellow mid-lifers, desk jockey's, weekend warriors, peri - post & menopausal friends, who want to make improvements in their health and fitness, I suggest ditching the "New Year New Me" hamster wheel and join in on a New Year No Fad, Beginner Kettlebell Strength Group Program.

12 weeks of small group strength training sessions, using kettlebells and bodyweight as our training tool, you'll build lasting exercise habits while improving your strength, mobility, cardiovascular capacity and overall health.

This program is geared towards new kettlebellers.
I have regular weekly classes for intermediate and advanced lifters.
