Olympic legs can’t win a race if you don’t know which direction you’re sprinting —
same goes for business.
Came back from vacation and went straight into with Lucia and Victor ( ).
Two questions hit me hard:
What am I trying to achieve?
What’s my intention here?
They’re the same questions that grounded me in Athens.
Minutes before my semifinal, everything felt loud — the crowd, the pressure, the noise.
I closed my eyes and asked:
“What do I need to achieve in the next 30 seconds?”
Not the medal.
Just the first six pedal strokes —
executed with absolute belief.
Those six strokes shaped the race that led to gold.
Intention does that.
It makes your next move unmistakably clear.
What question does this open up for you? 🎯❓
