$50/hr for one on one
$30/hr for students, youth (U18) and Seniors (O65)
Programs are custom to each person and includes videos and explanations.
A standard 8 week program is roughly $500 and includes 5 one on one sessions to design and develop the program.
Will travel within reason to a persons house if they have unique or limited equipment. The client will have to pay for time from my location back to my location.

Availability is limited to Tuesday evenings from 7:45-8:45 and Thursday evenings from 7:45-8:45
