Move Eat Play

Move Eat Play Helping women lose fat, build strength & create routines without making health a full-time job. I wasn’t born athletic. That’s what Move Eat Play is about.

Move Eat Play is for women who want to lose fat, build strength, eat better and feel confident in their bodies without making health a full-time job. I’m Cheryl Borecky, a certified fitness and nutrition coach with 10+ years of experience helping women build stronger bodies and healthier routines. I went from couch potato to athlete, and along the way I learned that getting healthier doesn’t require living in the gym, eating perfectly or organizing your entire life around your goals. MOVE: Build strength and muscle, move your body, and feel more confident in what it can do. EAT: Fuel your goals with balanced nutrition and customized macros that work for you, without turning meal prep into a second job. PLAY: Enjoy the process and your life while you’re at it. Your health should add to your life, not take it over. Some seasons you’ll be crushing it. Other seasons, work, family, stress and life will change what you have to give. Good coaching should be able to meet you in both. Whether you want personalized support, the accountability of a group, or practical resources you can use on your own, Move Eat Play gives you three ways to get started:

Private Coaching | Group Coaching | DIY On-Demand

Practical strategies, honest coaching and a healthier approach that supports a stronger, leaner and more confident you.

SIZE FRICKEN SIX. 😂❤️

This client used to buy size 18/20.

And yes, the physical transformation is fu***ng incredible.

But what I love about messages like this is the moment behind them.

Walking into a change room, grabbing a size you’re not convinced is going to fit, pulling it on and realizing...

Holy s**t. My body has changed.

The scale can tell you a number.

Measurements can give you data.

But sometimes it’s a pair of Old Navy jeans that makes all the work you’ve been putting in suddenly feel VERY real.

These are the messages that make my day. ❤️

I may have gotten a little carried away naming these. 😂

Waffle Gains.
PB & Pow!
Muffin But Muscle.
The Lox Life.
Hash Goals.
Sneaky Snickers.
Burrito Beast Mode.

But there was actually a method to my madness when I created the Protein-Packed Breakfast Club.

I wanted 15 breakfasts that gave you enough protein to actually make a dent in your daily goal, without handing you 15 variations of eggs or telling you to drink another smoothie.

Because “eat more protein” is easy advice to give.

Figuring out what the hell to actually eat every morning is the part that takes some help.

So I did that part for you. 💪

15 smoothie-free, macro-balanced breakfasts with recipes, macros and different options depending on how you actually like to eat in the morning.

This is the kind of check-in I LOVE getting.

Not just because she hit her lowest weight.

Because she did it after a tournament weekend.

Real life happened. She went away. Her normal routine changed. And she came home without needing to undo the weekend, detox from it, punish herself for it or “get back on track.”

That’s the s**t we’re actually trying to build.

Your nutrition shouldn’t only work when you’re home, your fridge is stocked, your schedule behaves and nobody invites you anywhere.

It should be able to come with you. ❤️

Sometimes doing MORE is the exact opposite of what you need.

More workouts.
More cardio.
More restriction.
More rules.

I’ve had women make better progress when we pulled back on training, dialled in their nutrition and simply got them moving more consistently throughout the day.

That’s why when someone isn’t seeing results, I don’t automatically think:

“You need to work harder.”

Sometimes you do.

But sometimes you’re already working really fu***ng hard. You just need to be putting that effort in the right places.

Knowing the difference is kind of the whole point of coaching.

53 grams of protein before you’ve even figured out what kind of day you’re having. 😂

This is Berry Good Morning, one of the 15 breakfasts inside the Protein-Packed Breakfast Club.

When I put this together, I wanted breakfasts that actually contained enough protein to make a difference, but were still simple enough to make on a regular Tuesday morning.

This one checks all my boxes:

Easy to make.
Can be prepped ahead.
Macro balanced.
53g of protein.
And most importantly, it actually tastes good.

So I'm giving you the whole recipe. Save it and try it. 💪

And if breakfast is where your protein goals tend to fall apart, there are 14 more where this came from inside the Protein-Packed Breakfast Club.

One of the biggest reasons women feel stuck isn't because they don't know what to do.

It's because they think every interruption means they've failed.

A vacation.

A busy week.

A sick kid.

A missed workout.

A weekend away.

Life happens.

The women who make long-term progress aren't the ones who never get knocked off track.

They're the ones who stop expecting perfection and get back to their routine a little quicker each time.

That's a skill.

And like any skill, it gets stronger with practice.

Don't judge your health by how often life interrupts it.

Judge it by how confidently you come back.

That's where consistency is built.

If these kinds of coaching conversations resonate with you, you'll probably feel right at home inside the MEP Method Room.

It's where we help women build simple, sustainable habits that fit real life through practical coaching, accountability, and a supportive community.

One of the biggest traps I see women fall into is believing they need the "perfect" restart.

Next Monday.

Next month.

After vacation.

After the kids go back to school.

After life settles down.

The truth is, progress isn't built by starting over.

It's built by continuing.

One workout after a missed one.

One balanced meal after takeout.

One walk after a busy day.

Those small decisions don't make for exciting social media posts.

But they do build confidence.

Because every time you choose to keep going instead of giving up, you're reinforcing the kind of person you're becoming.

You don't need a fresh start.

You just need your next decision.

One of the hardest parts of building healthier habits is that they rarely feel exciting.

Packing your lunch.

Going for a walk.

Drinking your water.

Strength training.

Getting to bed a little earlier.

None of those things usually feel like they're changing your life.

Until one day...

You have more energy.

You're stronger.

You recover faster.

Your clothes fit differently.

You realize you didn't have to overhaul your life.

You just kept showing up.

The habits that change your life are often the ones that feel the most ordinary while you're doing them.

Don't underestimate the power of repeating the basics.

They add up more than you think.

I think we've made health far more complicated than it needs to be.

Somewhere along the way, it became normal to believe that eating well means spending hours meal prepping.

That getting stronger means living in the gym.

That being healthy means saying no to everything fun.

I don't believe any of that.

To me, healthy habits should support your life.

Not compete with it.

I love training.

I love eating well.

But I also love weekends away, dinners out, and spending time with the people I care about.

Health should make your life better.

Not smaller.

The best plan isn't the one that looks the most impressive.

It's the one you can still see yourself following six months from now.

If these kinds of coaching conversations resonate with you, you'll probably feel right at home inside the MEP Method Room.
