Hey there! I’m Coach Cory!

The passionate owner and operator of Rock Point Fitness.

With certifications as an ACE certified functional movement specialist, ACE certified personal trainer, and nutrition coach, I’ve had the privilege of guiding over 100 individuals towards achieving their fitness goals.

My mission extends beyond mere fitness; it’s about fostering a sustainable approach where progress endures long after our sessions conclude.

Witnessing clients transform their lives week by week, embracing the journey, and stacking habits along the way is what fuels my passion for coaching.

My diverse clientele spans from aspiring bodybuilders to moms seeking post-pregnancy weight loss, youth athletes honing their skills, and seniors aiming for vitality.

Through my fitness app, I tailor workout programs and meal plans, establish habits and goals, and maintain 24/7 contact via messaging, ensuring transparency and support at every step.

Beyond my credentials, I’m first and foremost a devoted dad and soon-to-be husband to my incredible fiancée. My commitment to fitness traces back to my early days, encompassing competitive hockey, track and field, MMA, and eventually bodybuilding.
